[Product Introduction]

The DY-GJC2 steel tape measure verification device was designed and developed by Taian Demei Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. according to the new JJG4-2015 Verification Regulations for Steel Tape Measure.

The verification device can be used to verify steel tape measures.

The calibrator can be used to calibrate the indicating errors of conventional measuring tools such as steel tape, steel tape, depth measuring oil tape, steel tape tape, fiber tape tape, steel plate ruler (steel plate ruler can only be compared and tested, but can not be marked), etc.

If equipped with a zero calibration table, the zero deviation of the depth measuring dipstick can be compared and verified.

[Main Features]

1) This verification instrument has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation, beautiful shape and practical.

2) The main parts (hammer and handle) are electroplated, with bright and elegant appearance.

3) Equipped with heavy hammer unloading device, can easily control the loading and unloading.

4) Equipped with a reading microscope, which can easily and clearly display the error of the ruler.

5) The reading microscope is equipped with lighting device to make the image very clear.

6) The reading microscope and lighting device are installed on the measuring vehicle for easy operation.

The measuring vehicle can be taken off as a whole for easy storage and maintenance.

7) The standard ruler and the ruler to be tested are lifted up by the undershaft, which eliminates the friction between the ruler belt and the table, thus improving the detection accuracy.

1. DY-GJC2 (digital display) simulation

Basic configuration: 1 5M standard ruler, 1 verification platform, 1 small pulley, 1 reading microscope, 2 ruler belt clamps, 2 5kg heavy hammers, 1 digital display box, 1 power supply.

The device adopts grating displacement sensor and standard steel tape measure as the acquisition of instrument measurement data, and the measurement results will be given directly through PLC data processing.
